• All orders will be shipped via airmail from Hong Kong or China post. Usually the delivery time is about 10-20 business days to USA, Australia. (it will take 10-30 business days to Other countries.)

• Parcels to USA all will have a tracking number. For parcels to other countries, if you choose a economy shipping service, then there is no tracking number, if a standard shipping service, a tracking number will be offered.

Returns:

• We will accept returns which were shipped as an incorrect item, or DOA.
• Defective products can be changed during the warranty.
• Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date, we will change another one for you or refund your money back.
• If you buy the wrong products, plese inform us as soon as possible. But if you order has been sent, then all the costs(including original freight, handling charges and the return freight, etc. ) are for your account.
